Orders are requests until we confirm them

An order placed here is a request. We confirm it by phone or email, and it is that confirmation, not the website, that forms the agreement. We do this because catering depends on the date, the headcount and what our kitchen can take on.

Menu items, prices and availability can change. If something you ordered is not available we will tell you and offer an alternative.

Notice

Each part of the menu needs a minimum amount of notice, shown on the menu page and applied when you choose your date. Orders with staffing or rentals need the most.

We will always try to help with a short-notice request; call us rather than assuming the website's minimum is the final word.

Minimums, fees and tax

Most per-guest items have a minimum of 10 guests, shown on the item.

A 18% service fee applies to the food total. Delivery is $75 across metro Atlanta. Sales tax is applied at the prevailing rate.

Staff and rental items are charged as described on the menu, including the hourly rates that apply beyond the included hours.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can. Changes to headcount or menu may not be possible once we have shopped and prepped for your event, and cancellation terms depend on how close to the date you are. We confirm the terms for your event in writing when we confirm the order.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Tell us about allergies before you order, not on the day. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, eggs and soy, and we cannot guarantee any dish is free of a given allergen.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are marked on the menu and we will work around requirements wherever we can.

Payment

Unless we agree otherwise, payment is taken when we confirm the order. Prices are in US dollars.
