Holiday parties, by the pan.
Office parties and family gatherings, cooked at the scale they actually need. This is the menu built for feeding twenty-five people without anyone doing sums on the back of an envelope.
- Entrees, half pan for 10 to 12
- from $50
- Full pan, 20 to 25
- from $96
- Cheese and fruit board
- from $80
- Desserts
- by the dozen
Herb roast chicken breast, herb roasted turkey and jerk carved turkey sliced, spiral glazed ham. Sides that belong beside them: garlic roasted mashed potatoes, loaded mash, three cheese mac, smoked gouda mac, sweet potato souffle, cornbread dressing, green bean almondine, balsamic brussels sprouts with bacon.
Boards and platters to start — charcuterie, cheese and fruit, roasted vegetables with feta — sized small, medium or large by guest band rather than by weight, so you order for a room instead of for a kilo.
Desserts by the dozen: pecan pie, turtle brownies, cookie trays, chocolate covered strawberries. Salads by the large bowl to round it out.
Questions we get asked.
- When should we book a holiday party?
- December books up long before December. The site enforces three days' notice on pan food, but for a party in the first three weeks of December, weeks ahead is realistic.
- How many people does a pan serve?
- A half pan serves ten to twelve and a full pan twenty to twenty-five. Every item on the menu says which it is, so you can count guests rather than estimate portions.
- Can you cater a party at our house?
- Yes. Drop-off works for most home parties, and staff can come with it if you would rather not be serving your own guests.
- Do you do carving on site?
- Yes, chef carving and plating is $300 for four hours, then $80 an hour. For a turkey or a ham in front of guests, it is worth it.
