Dropped off, set out, done.
For the events that do not need a brigade. We cook it, bring it, and set it out — platters, pans and trays that look after themselves once we have gone.

Platters are the quickest way to feed a room: a dip trio, an Italian antipasto display, cheese and fruit, grilled vegetables with feta and balsamic, or a smoked salmon display with capers, cornichons and herb goat cheese.
For something more substantial, the pan menu is the best-built part of our catalog — herb roast chicken, jerk carved turkey, mac and cheese, sweet potato souffle, cornbread dressing — sold by the half pan for ten to twelve or the full pan for twenty to twenty-five, so scaling up is arithmetic rather than guesswork.
Salads come small, medium or large by guest band and arrive with garlic knots. Add a protein and they become the meal rather than the side.
Questions we get asked.
- What is the difference between drop-off and full service?
- Drop-off means we deliver the food and set it out, and you take it from there. Full service adds staff — servers, bartenders, someone carving and plating on site. If you are not sure which you need, tell us the event and we will say.
- How much notice do you need?
- Three days for platters, pans and salads. The menu shows the notice for every part of the catalog, and an order takes the longest one it contains.
- Do you deliver, and how much is it?
- Yes, across metro Atlanta, at a flat $75. Pickup from Alpharetta is available if you would rather collect it yourself.
- Will the food still be hot?
- Pan food travels hot and holds. Tell us your serving time rather than your delivery time and we will work backwards from it.
