What we have done

The site is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA as our target. In practice that means text and controls meet contrast requirements, every form field has a real label, images carry descriptive alternative text, and the whole site can be operated from the keyboard with a visible focus outline.

Headings run in order so a screen reader can navigate by structure, there is a skip link to the main content, and the layout reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel screen.

Video does not play sound unless you turn it on, and it can be paused. If your device is set to reduce motion, the video does not autoplay and animation is reduced.

Where we know we fall short

The map on our contact page is a Google embed, and we do not control its accessibility. The full address is written out in text directly above it, and there is a directions link, so nothing on that page depends on being able to use the map.
